At first, I'd assumed crafting castle music would be easy. Something regal, majestic, with slightly Baroque vibes that would hint at a subtle air of superiority. But, it wasn't so easy. In fact, you can hear my first couple passes at the theme with "I Hung My Crown" and "Nine Knights" in the bonus material.

Then, take a listen to Elodea, or the Map 4 music - that was the castle music at one point!

In the end, the castle music had to feel... formidable. Militaristic and strong, with no messing around. This is it. Strong brass, aggressively fast-paced cello and viola lines, and even some Chinese and Japanese drums added to the mix for sake of flavor and some loose connection to real historical military music.
